 Show Champion Tops Ram Lamb Prices

The top price for ram lambs at the Northern Ireland Dorset Horn and Polled Dorset Sheep Breeders' Club show and sale held recently at Lisahally was 300gns.
Taking both first and second place in the ram lamb class was R&M Coulter, third was J&I Wilson and fourth went to M&C Maybin.
In the ewe lamb class, first prize went to W&K Carson, second was M&M McCullough, third place went to G. Cubitt and fourth, M&M McCullough.
W&K Carson scooped first and second prize in the ewe class.
Overall show Champion was awarded to R&M Coulter, with Reserve Champion going to W&K Carson.
The top price for ram lambs was 300gns which was paid to R&M Coulter for the Champion.
M&C Maybin made 290gns, J&I Wilson sold two lots at 280gns and Graham Cubitt received 250gns.
The Reserve Champion made the top price for ewe lambs selling at 450gns for W&K Carson.
M&M McCullough got 390gns for the second placed ewe lamb, with others selling at 215gns, 210gns, 200gns and 200gns respectively.
The first prize ewe from W&K Carson topped at 440gns.
